1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using QuestionBud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including subscribers and anyone interacting with AI bots powered by our platform.
2. Description of Service
QuestionBud is a subscription-based platform that allows YouTube creators to build AI-powered assistants trained on their own video content. The Service includes:
- AI bot creation and hosting trained on your YouTube content
- A creator analytics dashboard (Content Radar)
- Revenue Radar affiliate suggestion tools
- Embeddable chat widget for your website or channel
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans: QuestionBud offers a Starter plan ($99/month) and a Pro plan ($199/month). All prices are in USD.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your card is charged on the same date each month. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Overages: Starter plan includes 1,000 fan queries per month. Additional queries are billed at $0.02 each at the end of the billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. YouTube API & Content
By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize QuestionBud to access your channel's video transcripts, titles, descriptions, and public comments via the YouTube API. You represent that you have the right to grant this access.
Use of YouTube API Services through QuestionBud is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings.
Your content is used exclusively to power your own bot. We do not share your content with other users or use it to train shared models.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuestionBud to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate other creators or mislead fans
- Generate or distribute spam, misinformation, or harmful content
- Attempt to access other users' data or systems
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate creator engagement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain full ownership of your YouTube content and any data you bring into QuestionBud. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of powering your bot.
Our platform: QuestionBud's software, design, and technology are owned by 5minMindful. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
QuestionBud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will always be accurate. AI-generated answers should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5minMindful's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of QuestionBud shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your bot will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll give active subscribers at least 14 days' notice by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
